ABOUT
Me

People have always intrigued me. It was what led me to pursue a Psychology degree, and it is why I am a photographer.

I picked up my first camera in 2009 but only discovered my passion in photography in 2011 when I spent 6 months travelling around the Asia. Combining my love for travel and for people, photography easily became a form of expression for me. It allows me to capture the essence of a person, to freeze the beauty of nature and to interpret a moment as I see it.

I took the plunge to pursue a career in photography and have since photographed numerous weddings in local and international destinations. My passion still remains in connecting with people through visual story-telling and I strive to tell your story through my lens.

Personally, a good wedding photographer to me is not just someone who can take beautiful shots. It’s someone that can get the couple to be themselves and capture that. That was what Jamie did for us! The whole thing was so easy going and fun. Her direction was casually encouraging, and that made us feel like it was the most natural thing to be posing in the middle of a field under the hot sun, at a park full of people.

Would highly recommend Jamie! She managed to capture our family beautifully and in a very natural way - not easy when it involves a 10 week old and a 4.5 year old! So pleased with the final images. Thank you Jamie.

So thankful to have met Jamie! We first asked her to shoot our daughter's 1st birthday. She captured all the natural smiles and giggles from our daughter although she was cranky most of the time. This year, we asked her to do a family shoot for us, and it just came out more than we expected with such a quick posing! Must have been hard to capture a running-screaming 2 year old, but she captured the best moments for us.
